About Us

Carson Bomar

Carson Bomar has been self-employed throughout his entire adult life. In his 20’s, Carson founded and built a physician practice management business in Florida. This company provided billing, collections, payroll services, software as a service and group purchasing programs. After more than 20 years in business, he sold it using a business broker, and this was his introduction to the vibrant world of Mergers & Acquisitions.

Carson feels it is important to have someone who understands these transactions not just from a business broker perspective, but also from the seller’s side of the transaction. Over twelve years as a business broker, over 100 businesses successfully sold, Carson has that experience and it truly sets him apart.

Some interesting facts about Carson: he coached high school football in Tampa for 15 seasons, coaching in four final fours and two state championships. He also had the opportunity to coach his own son in two of those state championship games. When Carson is not coaching football or trying to close a M&A deal, you can probably find him on an island in the Caribbean somewhere with his toes in the sand.

Matt Perkins

Matt jumped with both feet into business brokerage after a 15 year career in corporate America that had him working with executives from around the globe and across multiple disciplines, including finance, marketing, and nearly every back office function imaginable. Matt has dedicated himself to bringing his experience to bear for each of his clients as a member of the team. So far, he has helped facilitate many transactions ranging from low six figures to well into the tens of millions of dollars.

Working with buyers and sellers alike, Matt approaches each situation with the unique consideration everyone deserves. We all seek different things for different reasons. Whether he is working with partners who are looking to sell a business they grew from nothing, or with a buyer who has ambitions and visions of something greater, Matt works closely with each individual to help them accomplish their goals.

With goals of his own of traveling across the world -- including setting foot in every state in the US -- and learning multiple foreign languages, Matt has a love for experiencing the diversity that life presents, be it in culture, nature, food, or people and he loves to share it all with his wife and three children.
